Sehgalji is a public-facing brand and website through which Kuldeep Sehgal assists clients in finding, evaluating, and acquiring plots of land and residential properties across Indore, Ujjain, and the Malwa region.

2. Nature of Services

IMPORTANT: Kuldeep Sehgal acts as a RERA-registered real estate agent. Sehgalji is the brand name under which he operates. He is not a developer, property management company, or financial advisor.

Specifically:

• Our recommendations are based on personal evaluation and knowledge of the local market. They are opinions, not guarantees.
• We do not guarantee appreciation in land value, returns on investment, or the completion of any property transaction.
• We do not provide legal advice. You are independently responsible for obtaining legal counsel before executing any property transaction.
